We use Fedex for most shipping. Nifty Cool reserves the right to cancel any sale due to inadvertent errors or ommissions. Nifty Cool also reserves the right to increase shipping rates on express shipping for large shipments, and to increase shipping rates on APO, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico addresses, or to other addresses if necessary. Customers will be notified for advance approval of increased shipping rates prior to orders being shipped.
Nifty Cool Return Policy for Web Sales
We want you to be satisfied with your Nifty Cool purchase. All items (except sale/clearance items at 25% or more off, or special order items) are returnable within 14 days of purchase (Nifty Cool must receive the returns 14 days from the date of the order.)
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and original condition. We suggest that you insure any returns. We refund the purchase price of the item, but do not refund shipping costs. Please call us regarding defective items right away. If an item is broken we ask that you save the packing materials until you talk with us.
